0);">接受机器人辅助膝关节置换术后第二天，马大娘就能下床，第三天就无需人搀扶，开始功能锻炼，现在关节屈膝度达110度，生活都能自理，生活质量显著提高。与马大娘一墙之隔的患者吴大爷置换了髋关节，9年前因摔跤导致骨盆骨折、左髋臼骨折，在外院手术治疗后未能很好康复，因此左髋部一直疼痛，且越来越严重，遂来到区人民医院。检查发现吴大爷左侧股骨头已坏死，10月17日，在MAKO手术机器人的辅助下，区人民医院骨科主任医师曹飞给他施行了髋关节置换术。“熬了9年的疼，医生一下子给我捻走了。”吴大爷呵呵笑。“手术第三天他就能自己上马桶了，欢喜得不得过呢！”护工接口道。</span></p><section 0);">术后三天自己上马桶意味着什么？曹飞解释说：之前传统手术全凭医生技术和经验，往往会有三五毫米、三五度的误差，但机器人通过术前CT扫描数据重建患者关节的三维模型，实现人工关节假体的精确定位、角度调整、大小匹配和骨质覆盖，精准度达到1毫米、1度以内，内外侧平衡的软组织张力就特别好，不易脱位，所以患者可以很快作出屈膝、下蹲等动作。他表示，机器人辅助手术以其毫米级的精准度，大幅降低了手术风险和围术期并发症的发生率，有效延长了假体使用寿命，且病人舒适性高，康复更快。</span></p></section></section></section><section
