1px;">可是真相却胜过任何狡辩。经过公安机关的大量取证，该犯罪团伙的犯罪事实很快浮出水面。经查，2022年2月，刘某某看中老年人眼部保健品行业利润可观，便注册成立有一家健康信息咨询有限公司，并租赁办公地点、购买电脑、手机等用来实施诈骗。随后，刘某某招募向某、彭某（均另案处理）为业务经理，招募甘某、周某（均另案处理）等二十多名业务员，并加盟药店作为货源，随即便将上述人员分为微信部、增值部、后勤部等。经刘某某在微信、抖音等网络平台发布虚假广告吸粉，诱骗患有眼疾的被害人添加作案微信后，由微信部业务员统一以“白大褂男子”微信头像、“陈老师眼科团队”身份冒充眼科医生，再根据刘某某等人提供的“话术剧本”,使用电话、微信对被害人进行“问诊”,向被害人介绍治疗眼科疾病的药品及保健品,并谎称能治愈眼疾,在取得被害人信任后诱骗被害人高价购买不具有治愈眼科疾病的普通药品及保健品,采用微信收取定金、货到付款的方式实施诈骗。</span><span 1px;">其次在犯罪过程中，刘某某等人明知假冒医生问诊骗钱是犯罪行为，便专门设了监听组，禁止业务员在与被害人聊天中含有“医生”“治好”这些词语，但却让微信部业务员使用统一的穿有白大褂正在问诊的男子医生形象，冒充陈医生或陈某助理根据话术进行问诊，发送“我刚从单位回来，我很忙，在给别人看病”等字眼显示自己医生身份、发送虚假的成功案例等获取被害人信任，更以增值部业务员虚假伪装成专业陈老师，名义上是指导用药，实际根本目的是再次诱骗，以初次套餐不适合为由，推荐数千元甚至上万元套餐再次甚至四五次诱骗被害人钱财。</span></section><section
