为攒“老婆本”，父子俩卖40万瓶“笑气”给未成年人！

style="font-size:17px;">2021年下半年，其买了三轮车开始拉货跑腿，经常配送一种装“笑气”的小钢瓶，每跑一单赚20-50元。不久后，发现贩卖“笑气”利润高、来钱快，儿子也到了该结婚的年纪，马某决定自己“创业”，给儿子攒“老婆本”。于是开始卖“笑气”给小敏这样的年轻人。后来生意越做越大，马某租了一个车库堆放“笑气”，并且让儿子小马帮忙送货。</span></p></section></section></section><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:1.75em;letter-spacing:2px;">崇川法院经审理查明，马某、小马于2021年8月至2023年5月6日期间，在未取得危险化学品经营许可证的情况下，销售危险化学品一氧化二氮（俗称“笑气”）牟利。马某从上家处购进“笑气”，通过加客户微信好友的方式，在本市崇川区、通州区、海门区转售牟利。小马协助进货、送货，并自行联系部分客户进行销售。经审计，马某、小马销售金额250万余元，非法获利为84万余元。其中，向小敏等35名未成年人销售了约40万瓶“笑气”。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:1.75em;letter-spacing:2px;">法院认为，马某、小马违反国家规定，未经许可经营危险化学品，其行为均已构成非法经营罪，最终马某被判处有期徒刑四年六个月，并处罚金60万元，小马被判处有期徒刑三年，并处罚金40万元。一审判决后，两人均未上诉。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:1.75em;letter-spacing:2px;">“笑气”是一种无色有甜味的气体，属于危险化学品。它常被用作食品添加剂，可以发泡奶油，同时也是一种医用麻醉剂。吸食“笑气”后，血液的氧饱和度会迅速下降，导致出现因缺氧而产生的头晕、胸闷、肢体不受控制等一系列症状。由于快感持续时间很短，吸食者经常会反复吸入，进一步增加了缺氧窒息的风险。大量吸入“笑气”后会产生致幻、谵妄、神志错乱、视听功能障碍和肌肉收缩能力降低等一系列副作用。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:1.75em;letter-spacing:2px;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:1.75em;letter-spacing:2px;">并且“笑气”会抑制人体对维生素B12的吸收代谢，缺少维生素B12则会导致神经鞘的炎症，并引起脊柱炎症、肌肉神经萎缩等症状，严重情况下还会造成躯体瘫痪，甚至会危及生命。生活中应自觉远离“笑气”，切勿听信卖家和身边人的谎言，轻易相信“笑气”是没有副作用的助兴剂。遇到有人私自贩卖、吸食“笑气”应当及时向公安机关报案。同时，经营“笑气”应当取得安全生产监督管理部门颁发的危险化学品经营许可证，而私人买卖、运输的行为很有可能被追究刑事责任，切忌因一时之利而以身试法。</p><p><br/></p><br/></section><section
